Med Rides was founded with a simple purpose: to provide dependable, comfortable, and caring non-emergency medical transportation for individuals who need help getting to and from their appointments safely.

Our journey began with firsthand experience. After spending more than five years driving patients to medical appointments as an independent provider, we saw how important reliable transportation is for seniors, patients, and families. That experience inspired the creation of Med Rides.

Transportation has also been part of our family’s background for many years. With close family experience in the NEMT industry in Texas, along with previous hands-on work driving for a family-owned NEMT business, Med Rides brings more than 15 years of combined knowledge, insight, and care to the people we serve.
